Polyphenylenesulfide(PPS)isacrystallinethermoplasticresinwithexceptionalthermal,chemical,electricalandflameretardantproperties.TheuniquepropertiesofPPSisgivenbyitshighlystablechemicalbondsinitsmolecularstructure,moreoverPPShasverythermallystablecrystallinelatticeimpartsittohaveahighmeltingpointofabout285°C.
