Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Social Media and Community with a deep understanding of the Web3 space to lead our efforts in engaging and growing our online community. As the Social Media and Community, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image, fostering meaningful connections with our users, and driving community-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social media management: curate and create engaging content for our social media channels, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Content creation: collaborate with the content team to generate community-focused content, including blog posts, newsletters, webinars, videos and so on.
- Community building: develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen our online community within the Web3 space, including forums, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Community engagement: interact with community members, address their inquiries, and provide support while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Online social events and campaigns: plan and execute community-driven events, contests, and campaigns to encourage participation and collaboration.
- Feedback collection: act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, collecting valuable feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
- Advocacy and ambassador programs: identify and engage potential community ambassadors and advocates to amplify our brand message.
- Analytics and reporting: monitor community metrics, track engagement, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of community-building efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management, with a strong portfolio in the Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Working experience in 2B field would be a big plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
