CALL FOR CANDIDATES | CICC IPWG Elections 2024/2026
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is now inviting candidacies for the new leadership of its Intellectual and Property Working Group (IPWG) for the term 2024-2026.
IPWG Election meeting will be held on January 26th, 2024.
Roles:
1 Coordinator
2 Vice-Coordinators
CANDIDACY PROCESS
Interested candidates can submit their candidacy as follows:
1. Complete the candidacy form (accessible through the QR code below)
2. Send the completed form, a scan of the residence permit, and a short biography to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com
Deadline for candidacy submission: January 10th, 18:00 (CST)

VOTING PROCESS
Upon candidates lists publication, Members of the working group can vote for up to one candidate for the Coordinator and one candidate for the Vice-Coordinator role.
Votes must be submitted to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the election date (no proxies accepted).
ELECTION MEETING AND MANDATE
The winning candidates will be announced during an online meeting on January 26th, 2024. They will serve a two-year term. During their tenure, the coordinator and the vice coordinators must maintain an active subscription as CICC Members.
