It is as important to celebrate the achievements of those at the start of their careers in electronics as well as those further along the career path. EW BrightSparks is the Electronics Weekly initiative to inspire and encourage new talent by recognising the most talented young people each year.

This year’s BrightSparks offer hope for an industry that is facing a skills gap, as governments and organisations look to encourage greater take-up in schools and universities of STEM and engineering-related subjects.
