Wise Integration, the French specialist in digital control of GaN ICs for power supplies, has raised €15 million.

The Series B round was led by imec.xpand, with participation from Supernova Invest, BNP Paribas Developpement, Région Sud Investissement (RSI), Creazur, CASRA Capital and Angels for Greentech.
