Permalink to Cortex-M23 MCU gets 24bit ΣΔ ADC and firmware over-the-air

“RA2A2 devices offer multiple power structures and voltage detection hardware to realise energy-efficient operation as low as 100µA/MHz in active mode, and 0.40µA in software stand-by mode,” according to the company. “An independent power supply real-time clock extends battery life for applications requiring long lifetime management.”
Other features include AES hardware crypto- acceleration, random number generation, ±1.0% on-chip oscillator, temperature sensor, and operation over 1.6 to 5.5V and -40 to +105°C.
The 24bit ΣΔ converter gets its own 10ppm/°C reference and a programmable gain amplifier offering six input spans between ±500mV and ±15.6mV. Various sampling modes are provide between 3.9 and 8.3kHz.
Following this is a phase adjustment circuit, a digital filter and a high-pass filter.
Alongside the high-resolution ADC is a separate multi-input 12bit ADC that can convert in under 1μs, or be run slower to save power. One of the inputs is connected to an on-die temperature sensor.
There are four parts in the group, all with 2x 256kbtye programme flash, 8kbyte data flash and 48kbyte ram.
