1 Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

2. Q: Where is your factory and how can we go?
A: Our factory is in Xi Haian District, Qing Dao City.
You can come by Train to Qing Dao City, or by airport to Jiao Zhou Airport, we can pick you up there.

3. Q: What is goods lead time?
A: Usually we finish the orders in 35days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes time if we need to open many molds for your order.

4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, small samples are free for you, large samples are expected to pay, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority! Every worker and QC keep the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
a. All raw material we used are passed the strength test.
b. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process;
c. Quality control department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.

6. Q: Can your factory print my logo on the goods?
A: Yes, we can print the company logo on the goods or their packing box.
