1. What is the service scope of WSS?Weichimei Plastic Industrial Co., LTD. (also known as WSS) is a premier, full-service, plastic injection manufacturer. Our products include (but not limited to) Plastic components and fasteners for electronics, Cable ties and accessories, Rubber parts such as footing, bushing, and washer, Handbag accessories (e.g. buckles and handles), and etc. 2. Are you a Manufacturer or Trading Company?We are a Manufacturer in Shenzhen. We are also a Corporation Group in plastic production industry, with more than four manufacturing plants in Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Taiwan. 3. What are your plant operation hours?WSS Weichimei Technology has a 3-shift operation and runs 24 hours a day, 5 days per week, and some weekends. Our flexibility allows us to quickly adapt to the ever-changing schedule for many of our customers. 4. How do you assure product quality?Our commitment to quality is exemplified through our ISO9001: 2015, RoHS, UL, etc. 5. What type of payment do you accept?We offer T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal. 6. How do I arrange WSS plant tours or virtual tours?WSS welcomes your visit, please contact us for more information. 7. Can I get free sample?Yes, we encourage customers to order free sample of our products. However, we do not offer free shipping for samples. 8. I have a concept for a molded product. How do I get started?First, we will meet with you or set up video meeting to go over your project in detail, reviewing your product concepts andquantity demanded to select the right materials. We then provide a price quote for the mold and for the injection molded parts. After your order is placed, we will create a CAD drawing and send it out for approval.
