Shipping:

1, Pls make sure the model you need is the exact model you ordered. We shipping according to the ordered model.

2, Pls make sure the address is correct. We will ship to the address in the order. If you need to ship to different place, pls email us the address right after you made the payment.

3, Shipment will be made within 3 business days after the payment received.

4, We will test each panel strictly before shipping and make very good package of it.

5, LCD will be sent by EMS/DHL/UPS/ according to the place or customer choice.

EMS takes around 10-15 business days to arrive.

DHL/UPS take around 3-5 business days to arrive.

Russian customer attention: We can only send by EMS to Russia, EMS usually takes more days to arrive, so your patience is really appreciated.

Warranty:

All lcd panel enjoyed 60 days warranty. If you find the lcd is non-workable once you received, pls inform us within 7 days. We reserve the right refusing any requirement that informs the seller longer than 7 days. We will assist you the solve the problem and RMA is acceptable if problem still unsolved after communication.

Return items must have all original packaging and in good condition.

Shipping fee and Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable.
