1. Dye Sublimation

The dye-sublimation process can perfectly present your design on the keycap. Dye-sublimation keycaps are divided into single-sided dye-sublimation and five-sided dye-sublimation. Single-sided refers to thermal transfer on the front of the keycap, and five-sided refers to thermal transfer on the front and sides of the keycap.

The characteristics of dye-sublimation make it difficult to print light-colored character patterns on dark-colored keycap materials. This leads to five-sided dye-sublimation, which prints the dark background and light-colored character patterns on the white keycap material. On the keycap base, all five sides of the keycap are covered with a dark background. Of course, this makes the difficulty, cost, and defect rate of five-sided dye-sublimation much higher than that of single-sided dye-sublimation.

2. Keycaps Profile

We have more than one keycaps profile, which can provide customers with customized production options. After selecting the keycaps profile, you can select the design you like or you can provide the AI file you have designed and send it to us, so that we can quickly provide you with renderings.

3. Keycaps Material

The dye-sublimation process requires the use of PBT keycaps. The PBT content of the keycaps will affect the degree of color restoration. We use PBT keycaps with higher content than those on the market to restore the effect of the design drawings to the greatest extent.

4. Keycaps Language & Layout

We support customization of keyboard layouts, and the full set of keys included in both layouts can also be customized. At the same time, we can also customize all languages in the world.
