Principle of current overload protection:
The current flows through the moving contact terminal/bimetallic sheet, and is then formed by connecting the static contact terminal to an electrical appliance (such as a battery) . Temperature protection principle:

What material is PA46?
PA46 (polyhexamethylene butylamine) is a new type of polyamide resin with high melting point and high crystallinity. PA46 is an aliphatic polyamide formed by the condensation of butylene diamine and adipic acid. AlthoÃgh it has a molecular structure similar to nylon 66, STANYL PA46 has more amide groups on each given length chain, resulting in a more symmetrical chain structure.
The highly symmetrical chain structure leads to a high crystallinity(about 70%)
and a fast crystallization rate, resulting in a higher melting point (295℃), a hig'her
thermal deformation temperature, and a long-term use temperature of up to 163℃.
