What is PE Wax?
The part of PE wax in its structure that is compatible with plastic in polarity plays an internal lubrication role, and the part that is incompatible with plastic in polarity plays an external lubrication and demoulding role.
PE wax is an important application in PVC processing. It has no adverse effect on melt tension and Vica softening point, and provides excellent adhesion resistance and flow control.
It is the only plastic lubricant that has both internal and external lubrication while maintaining a high degree of transparency. The low volatility of PE wax is very important for calendering and vacuum degassing.
