Introduction
T405 is dark, slightly odorous non-active vulcanization extreme pressure antiwear additive, belonging to the traditional
oily agent, good economy. Suitable for metal plastic deformation process as the main agent to reconcile low and medium
load stamping oil, drawing oil, cold heading oil. In the grease industry also has a wide range of applications.
Intermiscibility
T405 is
soluble in group I
base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
T405 can be used in conjunction with LAB Sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer.
Application
T405 is
inactive black sulfur, which is suitable for the modulation of metal processing oil for stamping, drawing, cold heading and tapping of all materials
Volume 8%~15%. It is generally used in medium and low load processing oils with no harsh requirements for color and odor.

Storage: Store in a cool,
dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.
Shelf life: 2
years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
