Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), also known as polystyrene butadiene copolymer. Its physical structure performance, processing performance, and product usage performance are similar to natural rubber. Some properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, and vulcanization speed are better than natural rubber. It can be used in combination with natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, and is widely used in the production of tires, tapes, hoses, wires and cables, medical equipment, and various rubber products. It is the largest universal synthetic rubber variety and one of the earliest rubber varieties to achieve industrial production.

Emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is composed of butadiene and styrene as the main monomers, together with other auxiliary chemical raw materials. Under certain process conditions, styrene butadiene rubber slurry is first generated by lotion polymerization. After the unconverted monomers in the slurry are removed, the product rubber is produced by coagulation, drying and other processes.

SBR1502 is a non polluting, non oil filled styrene butadiene rubber with a light color and properties comparable to SBR1500. It has good tensile strength, wear resistance, and flexural performance. Widely used in brightly colored and light colored rubber products, such as tire sidewalls, transparent rubber shoes, adhesive tape, medical products, etc., it can also be applied to black products such as tire tread, conveyor belt, rubber hose, etc.

Packaging and Storage
Packaged in polyethylene composite bags with a net weight of 35kg per bag: stored in a warehouse at room temperature, ventilated, clean, and dry. Outdoor stacking and direct sunlight exposure are strictly prohibited. During transportation, measures should be taken to maintain cleanliness, prevent direct sunlight exposure and rainwater soaking, and avoid packaging damage or debris mixing.
