FL-5 lab small batch Fluid Bed Granulator Dryer(Only dry and granulator)

Granulated powder materials are introduced into the container (hopper car) all at once. High-speed hot air flow is employed to keep the material suspended in a fluidized state, with circulation flow ensuring uniform mixing. A high-pressure spray gun then applies a mist of binder, allowing the powder to coalesce and dry into porous particles using dry hot air. For optimal granulation results, the binder should be chosen based on the material properties and process requirements.
Working Theory
In a fluidized bed dryer granulator, the powder granules are maintained in a fluidized state. They are preheated and mixed with clean, heated air. Concurrently, an adhesive solution is sprayed into the container, causing the particles to granulate with the adhesive. As the granules are continuously dried by hot air, moisture is evaporated. This continuous process results in the formation of ideal, uniform, and porous granules.Application Scope
Masterbatch, Coffee powder, Chinese medicine, Flour, Fertilizer, Iron powder and Spices.

Product Parameters

Materials are inhaled into the high-speed wet mixing granulator through a vacuum feeder. Simultaneously, adhesive from the pressure liquid-adding tank is atomized into the granulator by a pressure spray gun. This adhesive mixes with the fine powder to form a soft material. Under the force of the cutting knife, the soft material is then transformed into wet granules.
The uniform wet granules enter the vertical fluid bed dryer, where they are dried under vacuum negative pressure.
