The wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe which is reinforced by the mesh skeleton formed by spiral winding of high strength steel wire left and right, and uses high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix.

Installation Instructions

1. The pipe shall be inspected item by item according to the product standard before pipe down. If it does not meet the standard, it is strictly prohibited to lay the pipe.
2. The pipe should be lifted and placed lightly when moving the pipe. It is strictly prohibited to drag, roll or use forklift, forklift, tractor to move the pipe in the trench.
3. No water shall be stored in the trench during pipe laying, and it is advisable to dig along with pipe laying. The length of the groove can be determined according to the length of the interface, the depth can be 50-100mm, and the width should not be less than the outer diameter of the pipe. Immediately after the interface is completed, the grooves are backfilled with medium coarse sand.
4. When the pipe must be cut the length of the pipe, mechanical methods should be used for cutting. The cutting face shall be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Do not burn with open flame.

5. When changing the diameter of the pipe or connecting the branch pipe, matching pipe fittings must be used. Do not open holes on pipes and fittings to take over.
6. The pipe must be laid according to the slope of the design requirements, and the elevation error shall not be greater than the specified value of the prestressed concrete pipe for water supply and drainage in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.
7. Fusion connection and flange connection should be used when the ambient temperature is low or close to the minimum. When connecting pipes, clean the socket, sleeve, seal and other accessories of the connecting parts, and do not contain soil, water and other impurities. For metal products such as looping flanges and bolts used for flange connection, anti-corrosion measures should be taken according to the soil quality on site and according to the corresponding standards.
