Q3：How can i know your price？ A：The price is based on buyer's specific requirement，soplease provide below information to help us quote exact price to you. 1）Shop drawing/window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and type; 2）Frame Color ; 3）Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color(clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others,with Argon or without). Q4：PVC and aluminium，which is better？ A：It is hard to simply say one is better.Each one has its advantages. PVC is good at insulation and more economic.Aluminum is better in hardness and security. Q5：Do your windows come with the glass installed？ A：We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and if easy for our buyer to install the whole windows/doors. Onsite glazed are recommended for big sized products. Q6：What is your delivery time？ A：25~35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed. A：There are three kinds of packing, such as bubble bag, bubble bag+wooden frame, bubble bag+wooden case. If full container, we advise to use bubble bag, it can save more space and hold more goods in the same container. Usually, the packing is bubble bag+wooden frame. The best packing is bubble bag+wooden case, some bulk cargo andsome developed countries, such as USA, Australia and some countries in Europe, need wooden case packing, because their special requirement and wooden case can protect the goods very well.
