1. Raw material processThe main raw material is clay or mud. Build clay (or mud) silos and fly ash silos, use loaders to take materials, and make appropriate mix ratios. When the clay particle size is too large, it should be crushed with a roller crusher to obtain a smaller particle size.2. Mixing and granulationSet the apron feeder under the hopper. Feed the material into a twin shaft mixer. Then the material falls into the twin-roll granulator to become a spherical material of 5-10mm. Then it is sent to the plug-in rotary kiln by a belt conveyor.3. Preheat and burn.When the molding pellets enter the preheating kiln through the chute. After the water is dried, it is sent to a kiln to make a lightweight expanded clay aggregate (LECA) with a bulk density of 500kg/m3.4. CoolingThe light expanded clay aggregate (LECA) outlet from the kiln will be sent to the cooler. The cooler adopts a single cylinder cooler.5.
