1, How To Guarantee The Quality Of Your Goods?1.our factories are all ISO9001 certified, we strictly following the standards to do inspections and records during each process.For the finished products, we do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standards. And the PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) will be conducted before each shipment by our independent Shanghai marketing center. 2.we have our own testing laboratories and the most advanced and complete inspection equipments, such as spectrum analyzer, salt spray test equipment, life test instrument, composition analysis instrument etc, to meet overall inspection requirements.2, What Would You Do On Quality Claims?Once you receive the goods and find quality problems, please try to provide us pictures or video to show how is the problem. We will analyze on it and to find out what is the problems, and to make sure it is an individual problem or a batch problem in order to start different solution processes. At the same time, we will activate our internal correction and prevention mechanism to analyze the cause and provide solutions.Usually, we will give you a reply within 3 working days.
