1.FULL-AUTOMATIC GELATIN MELTING AND MATERIAL SUPPLY SYSTEM
Full-automatic gelatin melting and material supply system is designed according to the actual situation of softgel production.It can realize to produce strictly according to the specified production process and reduce human intervention in production process to ensure consistency of gelatin and material in each batch.
The system is managed by computer.It controls the temperature in the tank, pressure, feeding sequence, feeding time, mixing time and dissolving time according to the technological requirements in the whole process.

The system automatic weighing of main material (e.g.gelatin)weight and automatic calculation of auxiliary material(e.g.water and glycerin, etc. )dosage into the tank to finish the whole process.The system can form data formulation according to different softgel production process and backup and archive all process parameters.It will be convenient to use again, simple and efficient.The system includes vacuum stirring system(Vacuum stirring tank,buffer tank and condensing tank),hot water tank,hot water circulating pump,water ring vacuum pump,circulating water system,weighing system and control unit.

SERIES VACUUM STIRRING SYSTEM
SINO series vacuum stirring system is a kind of homogenizing equipment which consists of water (steam) bath type heating vacuum stirring tank, buffer tank and condensing tank. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and precise chemical industries. In softgel production, SINO series vacuum stirring system used for gelatin melting and materials heating preparation process.
SINO Series Vacuum Stirring Tank can bear a certain positive and negative pressure and the tank body is three layers structure. Between the inner layer and middle layer is the heating medium layer,it can be filled with hot water or steam to heat the material inside the tank.Between the middle and outside layer is high efficacy insulation material,which doesn't influence the room temperature.The tank body is made of stainless steel and completely meets the GMP requirement. It is the tight structure,stable stirring,uniformity and low noise.
There is thermometer on the tank body to indicates the temperature inside the tank. There is vacuumizing outlet, add (exhaust) air outlet,materials feeding outlet,sight lamp, safety valve and pressure gauge on the tank lid. The operation is safe and reliable.
The Buffer Tank to guarantee the material not flow into the pipe or vacuum pump when vacuumizing to prevent the vacuum system failure.
There are cooling pipe inside the Condensing Tank, which is used for storing the hot air (steam) when vacuumizing to prevent damage of the vacuum pump.

WATER CHILLER
The water chiller controls compressor start-up and shutdown through automatic temperature regulation and the temperature of coolant can be controlled.It is the auxiliary equipment for the softgel encapsulation machine and blister packing machine etc.
5.SOFTGEL DIE ROLLER
The shape and sizes of the die roller decides the appearance and filling quantity of the soft capsules.Because of different gelatin liquid properties and different drying process will causes the drying shrinkage ratio to be inconsistent, the overall dimension of the finished soft capsules is different from the die roller cavities geometric dimensions will be the normal phenomenon.We can design the die roller according to the soft capsule samples and basic process parameters provided by users.
