Tower packing refers to tower packing in the packed tower that is used to provide sufficient contact surfaces for the gas and liquid phases and to create conditions that improve the degree of turbulence to promote mass transfer.
Flat ring random tower packing, is especially suitable for relative flow movement of liquid-liquid phase, and lessens agglomeration of dispersed droplet cluster. The height-to-diameter ratio of flat ring packing is 0.2-0.4, the cuffing of the step ring is eliminated, and the inner curved arc-shaped ribs are used to increase the strength of the packing, and can be arranged in an orderly manner when the pile is piled up, the flow path structure is reasonable, and the pressure is lowered. Both processing capacity and mass transfer performance have been improved.
