Dissolving Method
1.Cold water: Add the flakes into
30ºC
water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make
it disperse, then
let it stand
for 1~2hours, and then
stir slowly into paste, reserve
for use.
2. Warm water:
Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of
5~10%,
stir for 3-5 minutes
and
heat up to 60~70ºC, then stir slowly to dissolve very well, reserve
for use.Property
1.Provide excellent soft and fluffy hand feeling.2. Impart smooth and full hand feeling to fabrics.
3. Less influence on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
1. Can be used for the treatment of denim and hand-washed fabric of washing plant.
Usage
1. Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution)
Temp.: 30
ºC~40ºC
Process: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8 %( o.w.f)(10% solution)
Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~15 Time: 30mins
3. Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.

Storage & Packing
1.Storage period: 12 months in cool and shady place.2. 25kg in plastic woven bag.
