Cationic paper fixing agent of polymer polydadmac
This product is light yellowish liquid, readily soluble in water, it is used as anionic trash catchers in pulp process, especially for mechanical pulps.
Our PolyDADMAC(Poly Diallyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride) polymer is used for water and wastewater treatment and paper mills.
The normal dosage of our paper fixing agent are from 250 - 400 g/ton, it depending on the circumstances. It is important to make tests on-site (every pulp is different); Product should be mixed with pulp (for instance machine chest pulp) at different dosages (200 - 400 - 600 800g/ton); Mix gently during 5 minutes; Then pulp is filtered on glass fiber filter (or centrifuged), and the filtrate is analyzed by Mutek (cationic demand); Usually, dosage that provide a reduction of 50% of the cationic demand should fit. It is important not to dose too much because it could overcationize the system.
