Production process for Almond Butter : Soaking - Peeling - Roasting - Cooling - Grinding Sauce - Mixing - Vacuum Degassing - Filling

1.Peanut Roasting MachinePeanut roasting time and temperature: 150℃, 30 min. Different roasting time and temperature will cause difference in the viscosity and fluidity of the finished product.

2.Peanut Peeling MachineRemoving the skin from the roasted peanut with high degree of automation and high peeling rate

3.Peanut Butter Grinding MachineTo refine the peanut butter, the process goes through two passes: a first fine grinding and a second homogenization.The discharge temperature is about 85 ℃, and the fineness is about 100 mesh.

4.Peanut Butter HomogenizerThe temperature of the sauce should be raised to 75°C before homogenization, and the homogenization pressure should be 40MPa.

5.Peanut Butter Degassing MachineRemove the gas adhering to the scattered particles in the feed liquid, inhibit the floating of the particles, and maintain a good appearance.

6.Peanut Butter Filling MachineThe machine is suitable for butter(such as peanut butter, almond butter, or hazelnut spread)and liquid(such as oil, water).We also have various bag type packing machine.
