RIBBON MIXER:
Mixing is a key process in pet food manufacturing. It combines ingredients with unique characteristics into a formulated ration under an external force that supplies all of the nutritional requirements of the pets and adds value to the commodities blended.
DOUBLE SCREW EXTRUDER:
Extrusion is the process by which moistened, expansible, starchy, and/or proteinaceous materials are plasticized in a tube by a combination of moisture, pressure, heat, and mechanical share.
EFFCIENT DRYER:
The primary purpose of drying is to reduce the moisture content in product so as to enhance the stability and shelf life of pet food, reduce product weigh, and improve handling and transport conditions
COATING:
Coating is an industrial process that consists of applying a liquid or a powder such as oil/fat, pigments, flavors, functional improver or vitamins onto the surface of pet food pellets to convey new properties
COOLING MACHINE:
Cooling of the feed pellets is indispensable in the process of pet food. Cooling process can cool the coated product to 3℃ - 5℃ slightly above room temperature and reduce the moisture content to safety standard (≤12.5%) for convenient transport and storage.
