Introduction of Cocoa Bean Processing Line :The cocoa bean processing line mainly includes these following machines: raw material hoist, de-stone machine, metal detector, cocoa bean roasting machine,cooling tunnel, peeling machine, selecting machine, paste grinding machine, powder grinding machine, oil pressing machine and packaging machine.We have prepared different solutions for cocoa powder production lines with production capacities from 100 kg to 2000 kg per hour.

The cocoa bean processing line comprises several key steps:1. the cocoa beans are conveyed through a material hoist where they undergo de-stoning and metal detection to remove impurities. 2. they are roasted in a roasting machine and cooled to facilitate peeling, resulting in cocoa nibs. These nibs are then ground in a cocoa spread grinder to obtain cocoa spread. 3. The cocoa spread is poured into a hydraulic press to extract cocoa oil, which solidifies into cocoa butter upon cooling, while the pressed cocoa spread will forms cocoa mass(cocoa cakes).4. The cocoa cakes are further processed in a powder grinding machine to produce cocoa powder, which is then packaged for distribution.

Material HoistThrough baffle containers and conveyor shafts, the cocoa bean raw materials are hoisted to a certain height for stone removal and metal detection.

De-stone & Metal Detection MachineRemove impurities such as stones, branches, and dust from cocoa bean raw materials to increase production, and control the metal content in finished products through metal detection to ensure that the finished products meet food safety standards.

Continuous RoasterThis machine can us electric, gas and other heating methods; it has the characteristics of automatic temperature control, high heat utilization rate, and wide application range.

Air Cooling TunnelEquipped with multiple fans, the roasted high-temperature cocoa beans are controlled at a suitable temperature through air cooling, so that processes such as sauce grinding, powder grinding, and oil extraction can be carried out.

Cocoa Bean Half PeelerEffectively remove the skin of cocoa beans, with reasonable structure and low breakage rate.

Cocoa Spread GrinderThe structure is simple, the grinding is fine, the safety is high, the loss is reduced, and the flavor of the material is retained.

Hydraulic Oil PresserMainly used to extract cocoa oil from cocoa spread. After pressing, you will get cocoa butter and cocoa mass (cocoa cake), which can be crushed into cocoa powder, and used for making chocolate as an important raw material.
