Introduction
VL419
is a light color, low smell, inactive vulcanized extreme pressure antiwear additive
with high viscosity, good adhesion, thick oil film, high anti-wear characteristics, suitable for metal plastic deformation process a
s the main agent to blend the middle and high end stamping oil, drawing oil, cold heading forming oil.
Intermiscibility
It
is soluble in group I
base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
It
can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent. It can be adhered to LAB Sulfonate LS550
and tackifer
was used synergistically.
Application
It
is an inactive sulfur, used as antiwear additive
for preparation of metal processing oil/liquid for stretching, cold heading, drawing and rolling of all materials.Recommended treat rate
is 5%-10%.Compared with VL418, VL419
has higher fat content and more prominent wear resistance, but its pour point is higher, and its fluidity is poor when lower than 25ºC. Heating is required
before use, and the recommended blending temperature is 30-40ºC.
Specifications
Storage: Store in a cool,
dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.
Shelf life: 2
years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
