Casing of Centrifugal Pump

Comparing with ordinary pump, casing of this pump is more thicker and stonger for longer service life. Casing is concentric design type. The walls of a concentric casing are an equal distance from the impeller throughout the impeller circumstanace. The pump can pump streamline liquid, even cutwater. Annular flow channel could eliminate eddy current and cavitation, also could reduce the radial loadof bearing. Because the inlet diameter of the pump is reasonable, its suction pressure must be low. The sealing part of pump casing adopts groove structure to prevent liquid flow from separating from impeller
Impellers of Centrifugal Pump

The impeller of this pump is open style, so the phenomenon of backflow in the closed impeller can be eliminated. The impeller is designed to reduce eddy current, radial and axial loads so that the liquid can flow smoothly. Due to no need for high-pressure washing of general pump, the wearness of the pump casing is relatively small. This design of impeller allows fluid from the impeller to mix with the returned fluid to reduce wearness of pump. The open impeller has non-exposed impeller nut or shaft thread. After impeller installation, thread protectionn is realized by an O ring. Comparing with ordinary pump, this impeller design greatly improves the service life of pump.
Shaft and Shaft Sleeves

The bending degree can be reduced to the minimum when bearing heavy load as the diameter of the pump shaft is large, so as to prolong the life of packing correspondingly. When wearness is caused by packing, just need to replace the (ceramic) shaft sleeve instead of replacing the shaft. And it is not necessary to remove the shaft from the pump when replacing shaft sleeve and mechanical seal.
Outboard Bearing Housing

The gland of packing box integrates the function of sealing and stuffing box into a replaceable whole, and a bolt is installed on the split face corresponding to the stuffing box. The packing box can be sealed with packing or mechanical seal. The split design makes it easier to contact the shaft sleeve.
Mechanical Seal

This mechanical seal is made of high quality material with optimized design for good working performance. The mechanical seal has more than 10 driving plates, and its thickness is 25-50% thicker than other mechanical seals on the market. Therefore, the stress on the outer seat of the mechanical seal is reduced accordingly. All the metal parts of the seal are made of 316 stainless steel, the elastic material is made of fluorinated rubber, and the end faces of moving ring and static ring are made of tungsten carbide.
