Industrial Corrosion Resistant Non-Stick Coating (9906G SERIES)

Corlon 9906G series-solvent based coatings are applied to industrial products. The excellent non-stick behavior gives good separation from the mold. Easy to process with one-step finishing operation and it keeps in a good condition once painted on the mold.
Typical Applications: Shoe-making mold, foam mold, and injection mold, tools, etc.

The sintered coating can survive long-term use at temperatures up to 260centigrade, but use at higher temperatures is not recommended.
