Installation
1. Pump should be fixed right in the place with suitable temperature, less dust,
facilitate inspection, maintenance and adding lubricants.
2. Pump should be installed in the central position of the system,
to ensure the pump produce enough
pressure.
3.Should use clean grease. Should inject grease
from the oil-in place
on the tank by lubricant feed pump. Before the first time use the pump, better feed with lubricant oil to take out the air.
4.After three months
use of motor, should add lubricants of 3# aluminum disulfide, then add more every four months.
5. outdoor work or bad environment
work should
take protective measures.
