Cup Shaped Particle Filtering Half Mask Producing Line There are more than 60 sets of cup shape mask producing machines with system of ultrasonic welding. The daily production capacity comes to 20000-50000pcs according to production schedule, so the scheduled order will be delivered efficiently.

Flat Folding Mask Producing lineThere are more than 12 sets of flat folding mask producing machines , which is fully automatic. Daily producing capacity goes to50000pcs -100000pcs.

Professional and Accurate Testing EquipmentThe most important in a production control system is the QC system. Every lots of mask will be checked under standard sampling system. The quality testing report will be done for both raw material and finished goods.

The mask efficiency is tested by 8130A, which is most accurate and fast testing equipment. Therefore ,QC team will well monitored the raw material efficiency to assure the quality of finished mask.
