1. How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to provide you samples for free. New clients are expected to pay for thecourier cost.2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a international express service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your account of express. It wil be better for you .

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Ear plug is priority!1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;2) Skillful workers inspect every detail in handing the stamping, printing, packing process;3) QC department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

3. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

Yes, we can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patentprotection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for thelogo.We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture,logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.
