What is VIG？The VIG concept comes from the configuration with the same principles as the Dewar flask. Vacuum Insulating Glass (VIG) comprises two panes of glass with an evacuated space supported by micro pillars between the two glass sheets. With A hermetic (leak free) seal around the edges of the two glass sheets, a high and stable thermally insulating internal vacuum assures the insulation efficiency.VIG Hybrid is a kind of glazing unit by assembling a VIG and one or more panes of glass, e.g. IG+VIG, Laminated +VIG. Thesecompositions of VIG provide a higher level of thermal and acoustic insulation performance. We provide customized VIG product and finished product of VIG Hybrid. In addition, the glazier or installer could process VIG Hybrid locally with our VIG product.

Thanks to higher temperature of surface, VIG effectively prevents the indoor thermal loss, keeping the indoor glass surface temperature higher than the dew point. The window could be cleaner and transparent, considerably extending the life of window frame.

VIG is made by inorganic seal materials, exhibiting negligible degradation in the field due to gas permeation through the hermetic edge seal. The vacuum space also effectively protects the low-e coating from oxidation. SynergyVIG's expected life can reach 30 years.
