1. Q: What is your sample's policy and delivery time?A: 1-3 pcs stock samples is free of charge. But shipping is on your charge. If need customized sample, sample fee is about 50 USD depends on logo method and sample qty.2. Q: What is your MOQ?A: The items that we have in stock, no MOQ. Customized design, MOQ is usually 500 pcs per design. If need lower qty.We can make as well . Just price would be a little bit more expensive.3. Q: Can your products be customized?A: Yes, they can be customized with your logo, color, different packing method.4. Q: Which payment way is workable?A: Trade assurance ,Paypal,T/T and L/C etc.5. Q: How about the Lead time and shipping time?A: Usually our lead time is about 15-25 days depends on different item. Shipping method is usually by express. Takes about One week to around the world.6. Q: How can we get the Quotation?A: Please inform us model number and requirements, Our sales team will respond you within 1 work hours.7.Q:What type of Logo file do you need ?A: AI, CDR, HD picture(PDF, JPG)" format.8.Q:What are the package option?A:Opp bag and gift box.9.Q: Do you offer mockup confirmation and package design?A: Yes, Once we confirm all the detail, we will do mockup for your confirmation. We provide package design service for free.10.Q: I need some product very urgent, how soon I can get it?A: Stock items can be shipped out within 3 days once confirmed order. For customized order, please confirm with us your deadline time. Then we will tell you if it's workable. If not, we will tell you in advance to not waste your time.We also will rush the production if you need them urgently.11.Q: How can I make sure to receive the products exactly how I wanted?A: We will confirm all the details before placing order including material, color,size, logo method, packing, delivery time, etc. During the production, we will keep you updated with production status by providing pictures and videos. So that you are always informed to make sure no misunderstanding or mistakes. If any problem. We will advise and confirm with you with good solution.
