FD 2467 is a low viscosity cure incorporated fluoroelastomer terpolymer which composed of vinylidene fluoride (VDF), hexafluoropropylene (HFP) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). Terpolymers have a higher fluorine content compare to copolymers (typically between 68 and 69 weight percent fluorine), which results in better chemical and heat resistance.
Some of the basic properties of FD 2467 are:
* Superior resistance to oil and chemicals
* Good compression set
* Excellent adhesive to metal
* Processing: Compression molding, transfer molding, injection.
FD 2467 can be used for Oring, gasket, oil seal and other rubber parts
