Cylinder block, cylinder head use high strength alloy to cast manufacturing ,better rigid, with integral type crankshaft and sliding bearing ,small volume light weight ,high reliability . Overhaul period is more than 10000 hours

With high performance combustion chamber and the intake swirl, the fuel consumption is superior to domestic products

Is the ideal power for small ships and small fishing vessels and 90 ~ 120kW marine generator sets

With Yuchai proprietary piston ring seal technology and valve seal technology, lubricating oil consumption is lower than domestic power transmission products with more than 50%

Yuchai owns the largest engine castings manufacturing base in Asia, with a total investment more than RMB 1 billion. Yuchai adopts advanced casting equipment and process from Germany. It can manufacture 780,000 castings for engine body and 750,000 castings for cylinder head each year

Yuchai owns 25 processing lines of engine parts, which are used to process key engine parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft and camshaft. Yuchai can process 870,000 engine bodies and 900,000 cylinder heads each year

Yuchai owns 11 engine assembly lines and 169 test-run benches, including 20 test-run benches for gas engines. Yuchai meets both assembling and testing requirements for diesel engines (light, medium, heavy and large sizes) and gas engines

A: Our price is determined by various factors, including model, power, product configuration, quantity, price terms (FOB, CIF, CPT, FCA, etc.) and so on.

2. Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept telegraphic transfer (bank telegraphic transfer), letter of credit, etc.

3. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: In principle T/T 30% as deposit, 70% before delivery.

4. Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 1 complete machine; 1 engine component;

5. Q: Do you have samples?
A: Sample order is acceptable, but due to the high value of the engine, we cannot accept free of charge in principle.

6.Q: What are your packing conditions?
A: Fumigated in wooden cases.

7. Q: What is the production cycle (lead time)?
A: For engine parts, we usually have enough in stock; For engines, usually around 30 days;

8. Q: Do you have any other brands?
A:OUR YUCHAI IS A PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE, industry and trade integration, only do YUchai brand related products. Therefore, any inquiries are welcome and we will always do our best to support our customers.

9. Q: Is there a warranty and how long is the warranty period?
A: We can provide warranty services, different models of the warranty cycle is not the same, the specific situation depends, can be negotiated.

10. Q: How about after-sales service and maintenance?
A: We provide repair and maintenance services abroad. In addition, we can provide electronic version of "Engine Operation and Maintenance Manual", "Parts Atlas", "Maintenance Manual" and other materials to the end customers, covering the whole series of export products, to provide reliable technical guidance for market service training.
