Installation Instructions:

1.Prepare Tools and Materials: Ensure you have the correct tools and necessary materials, including new connecting rod pads, lubricating oil, torque wrench, wrenches, lubricating grease, work gloves, and safety goggles.

2.Drain Engine Oil: Before beginning the installation, drain the engine oil to ensure a clean internal engine environment.

3.Clean Work Surfaces: Clean the surfaces at the bottom of the connecting rods and the crankshaft journals to ensure they are free from dirt, old lubricating grease, or debris.

4.Lubricate New Bearings: Apply an appropriate engine lubricating grease to the new connecting rod pads to ensure they receive adequate lubrication during the initial startup.

5.Install Bearings: Gently install the lubricated new connecting rod pads onto the connecting rods of the engine, ensuring they align and seat properly.

6.Lubricate Crankshaft Journals: Apply lubricating oil to the crankshaft journals to ensure proper lubrication between the connecting rod pads and the journals.

7.Gradually Tighten Bolts: Using a torque wrench, gradually tighten the connecting rod bolts according to the manufacturer's provided torque specifications. Typically, bolts should be tightened evenly in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure on the bearings.

8.Replenish Engine Oil: After completing the installation, add an appropriate amount of fresh engine oil to ensure the engine's lubrication system operates correctly.

9.Check for Leaks: Start the engine and let it run for a while, then park and inspect the bottom of the engine for any signs of fluid leakage. If leaks are observed, recheck and repair the installation as necessary.

10.Clean and Dispose: Clean up any residual materials in the work area and ensure proper disposal of used engine oil and old connecting rod pads.

11.Completion and Testing: Once the installation is finished, proceed to start the engine and conduct tests to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
