Permalink to DigiKey releases Prism4 to interact with remote target platforms

The distributor will be exclusively releasing the modular system, designed to build real-time, remote hardware systems, in a fast and efficient manner.
Prism4 supports systems with cameras, modular lights and evaluation boards and the platform includes a set of Phase Dock workbench bases, where devices can be interactively attached using clicks and slides.
Basically, Prism4 enables users to control and interact with target platforms while providing video feedback and demonstrating outcomes and results in real-time.
More specifically, each Prism4 hosts specific units available for a range of technologies, including FPGAs, microprocessors and specific MCUs. It can be used, for example, for the creation of “remote laboratories”, such as remote education and training using real equipment.
“LabsLand has created an incredible technology that has the ability to control hardware platforms remotely anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said David Sandys, senior director of technical marketing for DigiKey.
