If we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this agreement, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again. Your profile information. In order to display your personal image and recommend content to you, you can choose to fill in and edit your basic information, including gender, personal profile, email address, personal occupation, work experience, etc. In addition, to enrich your basic information, you can also set an account nickname. Your nickname can be the same as that of other users. Bincial will set and record a system identification mark unique to this account so that the system and other users can accurately distinguish it. You can choose whether to set an avatar, but not setting an avatar will not affect your use. When you set your avatar, you can take a photo and upload it or use a photo on your device as your avatar. If you choose to take a photo and upload an avatar, we will apply for your camera permission; if you choose to use a photo on your device as your avatar, we will apply for your photo/album permission.
Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the Platform, such as how you interact with the Platform, including how you interact with the content we show you, the videos you watch and questions you encounter, browsing and search history, the content you use e.g. What you like or save , who you follow, and how you interact with your mutual followers. Technical information we collect about you . We collect certain information about the device you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, user agent, mobile operator, time zone setting, identifiers for advertising purposes, your device model, device system, network type, Device ID, your screen resolution and operating system, application and file names and types, keystroke patterns or cadences, battery status, audio settings and connected audio devices. When you log in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your profile information to identify your activity across devices. We may also associate you with information collected from devices other than the devices you use to log in to the Platform. Please understand that simple sensor data usually cannot individually identify you and does not belong to your personal information. If you subscribe to the live broadcast, with your separate authorization, we will retrieve your calendar permissions and collect your schedule information in order to remind you when the live broadcast starts. You can access and edit most of your profile information by logging into Bincial . You may delete User Content that you have uploaded. We also provide tools in Settings that let you control who can watch, send you messages, or comment on your videos. If you choose to do this, you can delete your entire account in Settings. You can refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your devices browser settings. Since each browser is different, please refer to the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of cookies. For example, because browsers and mobile applications have different capabilities, you may need to take different steps to opt out of cookies for targeted advertising in your browser and to opt out of targeted advertising on mobile applications, which you can control in the following ways: Your device settings or mobile application permissions. Additionally, your opt-out choices are specific to the particular browser or device you are using to opt out, so you may need to opt out individually for each browser or device. If you choose to reject, disable or delete Cookies, you may no longer be able to use certain features of the Platform.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We also retain information where necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations, when we have legitimate business interests (such as improving and developing the Platform, and enhancing its security and stability), and in order to exercise or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary based on different criteria, such as the type of information and the purposes for which we use the information. For example, when we process information such as your profile information to provide you with the Platform, we will retain this information for as long as you have an account. If you violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other conditions or policies, we may immediately remove your profile and User Content from public view, but may retain additional information about you to address the violation.
Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please do not or stop using our products and/or services. If you are the guardian of a minor, if you have any questions about whether the minor under your guardianship uses our services or whether he or she provides us with information, please contact us in time. If we find that we have unknowingly collected personal information from minors, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

We have set up a dedicated department for personal information protection and will solve your problems in a timely manner. We will complete the response and processing of your identity and request within fifteen working days after receiving your request, and assist in solving your problem. Please understand and know that in order to ensure safe and efficient handling of your questions and to provide you with timely feedback, we will process your request after verifying your identity. When we verify your identity, you may be asked to provide relevant evidence.
